How pricing works

Two numbers, and neither one is per seat.

A one-time launch fee: The setup work: your list in, coordinates sourced, boundaries loaded, questionnaire built, first areas drawn, admins shown around.
A flat monthly platform fee: Everything below, hosted and maintained, for as long as the canvass runs. Unlimited canvassers. Cancel any time.

What the platform includes

Import, de-duplicate and search your whole list. Apartments tracked unit by unit.
At the door
One question per screen on any phone, branching on the answer. Finished doors send themselves when signal returns.
Maps & assignments
Draw areas on the map, assign them by name, set a finish-by date and DoorPoll emails the canvasser.
Canvassers & teams
Unlimited accounts. People join by QR code or link, with every request waiting on admin approval.
Results & reporting
Coverage, outcomes and daily activity, cut by neighborhood, area, canvasser or date.
Follow-up & delivery
Doors that need another knock stay on the list. Follow-up and contact lists export as CSV.

Custom development, bespoke reports, integrations and anything outside the standard platform are quoted separately — we price it before any work starts, and most teams never need it.
